Our construction department is definitely the source of our pride. Refrabec can confidently claim to be the leader in refractory manufacturing in Quebec. We have the staff and the equipment to handle all situations and requests specific to your industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>

VARENNES SHOP<\/h2><\/div>

Our shop in Varennes, with a floor space of 28,000 square feet and a rear yard of more than 45,000 square feet, gives us enough space to work safely and efficiently on several projects at a time.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The shop has four 20-tonne overhead travelling cranes as well as several other lifting devices. There is also a carpentry shop (mould construction), welding shop (anchor and steel mould welding), as well as a custom steel fabrication shop, giving us full control of all stages of production. We also have several furnaces for baking various manufactured parts. To meet the growing demands of our customers, we have a specialized robot that can produce customized anchors in a very short time.<\/p>\n

SOREL-TRACY SHOP<\/h2><\/div>

The Sorel-Tracy shop provides a work area of 12,000 square feet with an overhead travelling crane. This is where we manufacture all the mass-produced parts you might need. Our natural gas furnaces make this one of the province\u2019s most modern shops that is totally self-reliant<\/p>\n<\/div>
